Hi
Zonealarm only requires that you manually allow the UT2003.exe , server / internet access via the
program control tab , left click to "allow" access, and tick trusted & internet and left click to enable server , trusted and internet
The trusted bit is if you are playing on a lan.

You need to enable port forwarding on the following ports only IF you are using a router/NAT gateway
ports UT2003
tcp 7777, 7778,7779-7783,27900udp,8080 admin
Unreal Tournament 2004
ports 28902 7777-7778,7787
being happy is being at the right end of the redeemer

:)
