processor-pentium 4, 1483.1MHZ
chipset-intel 850 workstation pci chipset
memmory-128mb Rambus

graphics card-NVDIA GeForce2 Mx/Mx 400
main bios{i have no idea what this is }-Phoenix

You need to learn how to overclock. Read through your motherboard manual, cover to cover, twice.
If you don't have it, download Sandra 2004 HERE. This will tell you exactly which motherboard you have, and then you can visit the manufacturer's website and download the manual.
Once you think you know your manual, then it's time to post some questions in the CPUs/Overclocking forum.
I don't suffer from insanity, I embrace it.

128 RAM probably isn't enough, especially if you're running an operating system newer than Windows95. Most new computers have at least 512MB, and many come with 1GB or more. Even Windows98 runs best with 256MB or more.
Your graphics card is not made for modern games. There are tons of recent forum posts where others are asking for card recommendations. Read some of these to see which cards are recommended for gaming.
Best Wishes,
Bob

Emmm...What game do you actually want to play? Your pc is OK for playing old games like Quake3, Medal of Honor and Half Life. If you're planning on playing games like Doom3, Half Life 2, or FarCry then i highly suggest you buy or upgrade your pc. Cause your pc is just not up to the spec. Sorry...
