I just did some research on Pixel shader requirement for some games - and I found this article- Pixel shader 1.1 (and later variants) are hard-coded into the video card and its drivers. If you have a fast processor and a good amount of ram, you may be able to get around the pixel shader requirement by downloading "3DAnalyze" and "Swiftshader 2.0" to emulate pixel shader. ----------------------------------
OK ,so my question is if one of these programs works with my 64meg 3D graphics card , is it better to use the "3DAnalyze" or the "Swiftshader 2.0" program ?
