I know there is pci to 2pci slot adaptors, and know im wondering is there such a device as a pci to agp adaptor, or even better, a pci to pci-express adaptor??
My Rig:
1040Mhz Pentium 3 OC'd at 1.2Ghz
Aopen MX3WPRO-E mobo
Intel 810 chipset
Onboard Graphics Not sure how many MB
128mb RAM
120GB Maxtor Hard DriveMy Old Rig:
AMD K6 400Mhz

Just a bonus I suppose.... :-)
The sppeds are set, even if there was such an adapter your agp card would run at pci speeds, sorry you just gotta keep on dreaming that or cop up the dough for a new motherboard.
Windows Xp Pro x64
AMD Sempron 3000+ 1.8ghz
1 Gig Ram pc2700
Nforce 4 Motherboard
Radeon X700 256mb
Realtek Ac 97 Onboard Audio
Thermaltake 430W Power Supply

No such thing. :(
Even if such an apparatus existed, it wouldn't really give any performance boost, as you'd still be poking along at the measly 133MB/sec limit of the PCI slot that the adaptor is plugged into.FX-57 @ 3.1ghz
4GB of OCZ PC-4200
500GBx4 drive array
Sapphire X850 XT-PE
Fujitsu 1920x1080 projector

"I know there is pci to 2pci slot adaptors"
You do? I didn't even know 2pci existed...
There is an AGP to PCI-e adapter and the other way around. They're rare, but available. Personally, I don't see the point, but whatever.
"wondering is there such a device as a pci to agp adaptor"
Yes, there are hundreds of them. Go to newegg and search for "AGP video cards".

Yup, there is.
Guys, i dont want to be a boring old fart, even though im not old, but why do you have to be so sarcastic, i was asking a question, and hoped for a civil answer, not a sarcastic one.My Rig:

In all seriousness, I have never seen or heard of any PCI to AGP adapters, or PCI to PCIe adapters. Do you have an AGP card you want to put into a PCI slot, or a PCI card you want to put into an AGP slot?
Are you expecting a speed boost because of this? The answer to this question is: no, there won't be a speed increase (like doug_brit said).

"why do you have to be so sarcastic, i was asking a question, and hoped for a civil answer, not a sarcastic one."
To whom was that directed?
If me, I didn't understand what "pci to 2pci" meant since I didn't know what you meant by 2PCI. I would think you meant PCI to PCI, but why would a PCI card need to be adapted to PCI since it is, afterall PCI? But you seemed sure such an adapter existed, so I had to ask. That wasn't really sarcasm; I had no idea what you were talking about.
The reference to PCI to AGP and searching newegg for an AGP card was pointing out the fact that any PCI card can replaced by an AGP counterpart for not much more if any than what an adapter would cost, if it existed.
I wasn't making fun or anything; it was meant as a humorous response to your question.

That wuz a bit of a typo i think, i meant a PCI to a 2-slot PCI adaptor, in other words, a device that splitted one PCI slot into 2.
