HL2 has received 96% in PCGamer magazine, due for release on the 5th of October.

Rome: Total War also received 95%.

That makes HL2 only the fourth game in the magazine's history to receive 96%.

Impressive.

It's not speculation, if you read through the thread, he posts screens of that editions' DVD menu, and also gives snippets of the review.

I know its real and credible yes. I'm saying I will judge for myself how good the game is, even if they slated the game I'd still buy it.

I wonder how the US PC Gamer will rate it.
