pc says no ram available

I recently bought a game that requires 2 gb of ram, but when I try to install it, it says I have 0 bytes free and won't install. How is this possible? (PC is 4 months new)Can my system be tweaked so I can install/run this game?

hard drive space available is 182 gb. Will the following info help? installed phys. memory 2 gb total phys. memory 1.99 gb avail phys. mempry 863 mb total virtual memory 16.6 gb avail virtual memory 15.2 gb page file space 14.6 gb I have not installed a new video card-only what came on PC. So far, have no trouble playing any games.
