Where's the power supply specs, wattage & amperages?

The weak link in the specs you have listed is the 8400GS...it's NOT a gaming card. You could upgrade to a Radeon HD4670 but if you wanted something better than that, you'd need a power supply that can handle the added load.

If you look at the label jam linked to in response 5 you'll see that just under the +12v rail(s) an amperage value is written.

If you retain that psu, the only real choice you have is an ATI HD4670.
