This is 1st time ive had this problem.Had Trojans Virtumonde and Virtumonde.prx few days ago. which were fixed by Spybot.When I try to play any game from hardrive or cd I get a message 'failed to initialize window'.I have tried changing display resolutins and colour depth but no joy.message now says my video card cant be compatible, Appreciate any help.Im not very savvy with the innards of computer but can follow instructions well!My u tube videos and from other sites are fine, Thank you,

My guess would be your system is still infected. You should disable system restore & run your scans from safe mode. You need to run anti-virus, anti-spyware & a cleaner. Once you're sure the system is infection free, re-enable system restore & create a restore point.
