I have a curious question about PC games. I love playing games on my PC. In particular C.O.D and Medal of Honor. I find using the Keyboard somewhat cumbersome. I play alot of console games and it's much easier to play with the console games because they use the game pads verses a keyboard.
My question is:
Why don't PC game designers make their games capable of using gamepads verse the keyboard, or at least compatable with both?
I would prefer to play my games with a gamepad similar to the kind found on the XBOX or PS II.
What's the solution?

Yea. I have a microsoft USB gamepad. But the games I like to play don't seem to support playing from the gamepad.

You find using a keyboard and mouse in a First person shooters difficult? Maybe you should try getting used to it, the mouse is at the least 10 times easier to use that a game pad with a joy stick.
Solution,
A. Play you games on a console.
B. Get used to the keyboard and mouse(you will be glad you did)

An XBOX controller and USB cable, with steady hands and a soldering iron, can be combined to make a controller that still works in your XBOX and has a USB for your PC too. Allegedly.

He wants to use his game pad to AIM in first person shooters. Thats not going to work either.

It converts joystick input into keyboard input (and mouse input). Read the link before you post about what it does
