pc freezing when playing game

hi,
when i play game my pc freeze and i need to reboot.
my video card is geforce 7600 gt, i have installed the latest driver. i have also checked the temperature and its always around 69/72.
my motherboard is asus p4r800-vm.
when i installed my video card i had a power supply of 330 watts and its says for this card i needed 350 or more so i bought a 500 watts power supply.
well now i dont know what to do, i need help please.

its possible your memory is faulty. You can run a program off CD (memtest) by booting it from Bios. let it run for a couple of hours.
Other reasons might be bad windows
Or faulty graphic card
Or game, try another game
Or power supply, take out any unneeded hard drives or cd drives and try again. The new PSU might be faulty.

Is the system stable when you're not gaming? How long have you had this problem? What's the make/model of your new 500W PSU? Wattage isn't as important as amperage. If the 500W unit is a cheapie, it may actually be weaker than a decent quality 330W unit. Did you try the card with the 330W or did you upgrade both at the same time?
