PC crashes when I play games

Specs: Windows 8.1
When I play BF4 the game runs butter smooth 120+ FPS and everything is good and all. But every time around the time the match ends my PC just simply crashes. I have just formatted and installed windows 8.1 from windows 7 so I imagine the issue isn't software dependant, since this happened a couple of times before I upgraded. The PC doesn't reboot, it just freezes and I hear no sound and I see the windows 8.1 color theme which in my case is green.

My specs are:
GTX 770
i53570K@3.4ghz (I've tried with OC too, still crashes)
Z77A-GD65 motherboard
8gb 1600hz ram (Tried swapping it with my old 4gb ram, PC still crashes)
250gb 840 evo ssd
XFX PRO 750W PSU (the PSU is brand new, so I don't think it is the problem)

Having a hard time in identifying the issue here.

Install HWMonitor and post your temperatures, fan speeds, and voltages (all) at idle, 10 minutes of General use, and after 10 minutes of gaming. I suspect an overheating issue but the voltages will help identify any power issues as well.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
