hi, is there some way to play ps2 games on pc?other than an emulator. because as far as i tried emulators don't run the game smoothly
also i heard somewhere that there is card or something like that can be added up or connected to the pc which allows you to play ps2 games on your pc.is that right?

I think the only way for you to play PS2 games on your computer is trough emulation...the best emulator that I know of is PS2Xe.
Emulation is a complex process, so it takes a lot of computer power to do it "smoothly" =]
I've tried it myself, I wanted to play FFX but eventually I gave up, the FPS were low and so was the quality. I came to the conclusion that you need a BOMB of a computer if you want to play any PS2 game on the PC. If you really want to do it you really have to buy an actual PS2.
