Well, what are your temps under load? You have an Asus board so you *should* be running Asus PC Probe.

I use SpeedFan, the temps are always around the 50ºC when I'm in not in games and they never *passed* the 65ºC, at lest not when I play CS:S...

Are you running updated drivers, and updated BIOS?
What are the temps on your video card?

Crucial DDR2 800 2gb

Well, I'm not sure about the bios, in fact i dont even know how to update it :P, but i just instaled new drivers for my video card...

Well you said that your problem never happened before, meaning that it happened recently right? So updated drivers/bios may not be the solution(although it would help to be sure) but my best bet is perhaps too much dust inside your PC's and fans. I forgot if RivaTuner shows the temperature of the GPU's but I suggest downloading that and see if it helps when you *under*clock your video card. Underclocking from stock speeds are safe, and your GPU's temperature should lower in heat, unless your case has bad air flow..
Also another thing you can try, if you have 2 RAM sticks try taking 1 out and playing with that, if problem persists swap with the other stick, and check again. If you have any other compatible RAM sticks lieing around, use that instead of the RAM you currently have in your PC and see if the problem is fixed or not.
Last resort would be to check for viruses that might cause you to crash, or reformat(very last resort).
