optimal motherboard for E6300

Hi i intend to build a computer with conroe based 6300 or 6400, can someone suggest a motherboard which can be considered optimal for the same(I do not do any overclocking stuff) I intend to buy the graphics card later(7950GT) so the Motherboard should ve a graphics card onboard. ANd also hw s the performance of 7950GT is it the best in its league(am talkin abt its price group)
