old game in the mid to late 90's

I remember this game that had characters with different colors. They went around a track and you had to get them in a line of three or more in order to get rid of them. Everytime there was an empty space a piece from a line that is waiting to enter will jump in that spot. There is also this thing that looks like a T that allows you to take one of the pieces out. You can turn that Tshaped thing sideways so you can have upto 3 pieces on it. There was certain colored characters like blue,red,green, and so on. White could be any color I believe. I can't think of the name of the gun and I was wondering if anyone else knew of it.
