Old computer game?

I cant remember the name of a game that came with my old computer. I had got the computer new (like 10 years ago) and it came with a few games. They were all the same type of game. It was like a kids logic problem game I think, you had to go around solving things to find out what item and place or something went with what person? At the end of the game a page would come up and it would have each persons name and where they were and what they did. Sorry its very vague but it was a long time ago.
