Hello. I'm having a problem with some games/programs that I run fullscreen. First, all my 640x480 resolution games were off-center, meaning the entire screen was shifted to the right by about an inch or two. Then eventually, 640x480 worked fine but now 320x240 is off-center. Does anyone know what might be causing this problem? Thanks.

well if the screens off center i think you can just physcially adjust that on the monitor. like the buttons on the bottom or side. Press on them and there should be an option for horozontial size or vertical.

The physical position of the screen is fine, since I only see the problem when the game or program is running.

Try running at a different refresh rate, usally 70hz, 75hz, 80hz or 85hz. What model video card do you have? See if there is an option called "refresh rate over-ride" somewhere in your display properties, then force a refresh rate at the desired resolution you play at. For instance, 640x480 lock that res at a rate at or above 70hz, that should fix the problem. Post back with your results.

Nope, didn't work. My refresh rate was 75 to begin with, and it couldn't go any higher. I tried 60 and nothing happened.

You do know that the refresh rate changes it self with resolution right? You have to manually force a refresh rate at your gaming res, because it defaults back to 60hz every time you change res. If thats not the case though, all i can think of is to adjust the monitor through its OSD settings.
