A 7300gt is simply an underclocked 7600gt, it might have less pipelines too. It is a fairly decent midrange videocard if you get the one with 256mb of built in ram and not the turbocache models. It should handle all games, just dont expect to pump up hl2:lost coast to 1600X1200 with full hdr and aa. (unless you have a killer cpu and ram)

Unable to open default email in outlook express. Receive a prompt asking for default file system folder, which also doesn't work. What do I do?

It's not as bad card it's better then ATI's X1300 Pro. Nvidia does a great job in terms of budget cards that produces decent gaming preformance.
