I keep having the same problem!!

My monitor shuts down in some specific games, the sound makes a weird loop(like if i was shoting it does like BANG BANG BANG and then only BA BA BA BA BA and then it simply stops -_-") and the most weird thing, the computer keeps working! i cant see anything in the screen but the light's still on and I still hear every fans working in there...

So far the games were this ocurs are:
-"Gunz";
-"Fiesta";
-"Unreal tournament 2004";
-"Vampire the Masquerade - bloodlines";
And sometimes CS:S

I said it wasnt overheat beacause my temps hardly rise during those games (i checked several times) and if it was overheat the computer would shut down as well(I think)

Please Help me fix this, IM GETTING DESPERATE!!

Best Regards

PS: This already happned when I first bought the computer, but not so frequently.

I don't think it has something to do with the monitor. More like a power supply issue. Is it
powerful enough? Not sure but I imagine 8600GTS needs 450W PSU with 18amps on 12V rail.
