Specs: Windows 7

My PC has window 10. Recently when I turn on the PC, it pop up a message saying I have no AMD licence. I found the following in control panel - program & features.

AMD Catalyst control centre
AMD Catalyst Install manager
AMD Quick Stream

I don't know what are they? I don't know why they are in my PC - it maybe just upgrade to previous in old version? I don't know do I need this? Can I uninstall them?

Thank you for your time.

AMD manufactures processors (CPUs) & graphics chips (GPUs). Cataylst is the driver/control program for the graphics. The Quick Stream error you're seeing is a glitch in Windows 10. You will have to update the graphics drivers. You didn't provide enough info about your system so I can't point you to the exact download, but I can get you started. You will need to know which graphics you have & whether your Windows is 32-bit or 64-bit.
