Hi,
im in the process of purchasing a new pc.. the specs can be found here.. http://www.woolworths.co.uk/ww_p2/p... if you could help me because i will be using it for gaming and therefore will need a new graphic card. any suggestions. your help is much appreciated.

You better do your homework on that PC before laying out your cash. The Celeron D is not a great gaming CPU & 512MB isn't RAM. The monitor that comes with it has a decent response time of 8ms, but it only has a contrast ratio of 350:1. And if the motherboard doesn't have an AGP or PCI-E slot available for a video card upgrade, you're screwed for gaming.

It's a decent gaming machine. You are fine. Don't listen to these other people, they do not seem to know what they are talking about.
The Celeron is a good value-minded purchase, the 8ms response is fast (contrast makes no difference to the human eye, its all numbers)
