You should see a pretty big (huge) jump in performance going from the 7600GT to the card you have in mind. At least I did.
My processor is a X2 5000+ BE @ 3.15Ghz and 2x1Gb PC6400 RAM.

yea i know but you have better cpu and faster ram,but the question is,my psu and my system in general can handle this card??how much watt is your psu?

It's rated at 550 watt, one of the 12v rails is 17 amp and the other is 15 amp.
I tried to find info on yours but couldn't find out about the 12v amperage.
I haven't had any power issues, hopefully won't.
You'll need one pci-e power connection and they'll include an adapter that turns two four pin connections into another pci-e six pin connection. I made sure to put the two four pin connections on separate lines from the psu.

Sounds like you're good to go to me.
You can always upgrade your cpu, mine cost around $80.

i hope so.Unfortunately there not selling in greece cpu socket 939 and in ebay is very expensive,i will change all the system later!!

You could overclock your cpu a little (certainly a little at a time). I have mine at 3.21Ghz now, had to up the core voltage a little, still seems to run cool enough though and runs games better than ever now.
