Well I looked around, and found this stuff. I'm debating on whether or not to keep my current 5700 Ultra Video Card after I get this stuff(if i have any $ left!). This would be my first build, so tell me what ya think.

Also found two nice Samsung drives at newegg. Only reason I'm goin to tigerdirect for the major stuff is because if you spend over $400, its 0% interest until Aug2005.

A socket 939 board based on an ALi/Uli chipset? I know I sure wouldn't go that route.

I'm a bit confused about your RAM choices too. You have one stick of 512MB PC3200 listed, then 2 sticks of 256MB PC3200. You can't run dual channel mode with 3 sticks of RAM & you need dual channel for an A64 or the RAM will bottleneck the system. Plus the 512MB stick you listed is CL-3...you should be getting CL-2.5.

You can't beat the price of the case w/PSU. I don't know how good that PSU is, but $20 for a bare case is still a good deal. Hopefully the rebate comes thru.
