First off. The motherboard doesn't go with the AMD Athlon 64 CPU. It's an Intel motherboard [the ASUS Striker] and only works with the LGA775 Core 2 Duo's, Core 2 Extremes and Quad-Cores. Try the Core 2 Duo E6400 with a pricetag of about $280. I don't know the price at the top of my head.

Secondly: If you're going to be spending money like that get a better video card. I recommend a 7950 256mb/256bit interface memory. Here's the link.

It's $220 bucks but it's worth it.

Thirdly: Stay away from the EZ-Cool Silent 500W PSU. Go with an Antec. They have good reputation and some excellent products with some excellent reviews. They may be a little pricey but they won't go dying like a whore on crack. Recommended: Antec TruePower Series power supply.

Fourth: You're missing a harddrive. Shoot for a Seagate or a Western Digital. For all your media you want more than 120 gigs. Also DO NOT do PATA/IDE drives or drives below 2MB cache.

Fifth: What kind of RAM are you going to purchase? Corsair or Kingston or even Mushkin are good brands. Go for PC2 6400 or above.

So.

ASUS Striker Mobo
Intel Core 2 Duo E6400
eVGA 7950GT 256mb Video Card
Seagate or Western Digital hard drive
Corsair/Kingston/Mushkin DDR2 675 RAM
Antec TruePower Series PSU
