New Builder - Plz help

Specs: Windows XP
Hello, first time builder here. I'm trying to put together a PC roughly around $1000 that i will use 80% for gaming and the rest for school projects. A frd recommended me to ask on this forum.

I've compiled a list of components in the last 2 weeks that i plan to get but need inputs from ppl who are experienced in this field.

AMD Phenom II X4 965
G.Skill 1333 2x2GB ram
Radeon 5750
Ultra LSP 750 Watt psu
NZXT M59 mid-size Tower

dvd/writer and HDD i'll be re-using from my old desktop.

I really believe i've worked it out so that im going to be getting the best of what i can afford for each of the individual component. Since this is my first build, i need some confirmation from experienced builders to offer advice regarding if i'm heading the right direction for a gaming PC and maybe i can spend less on one thing to allocate more budget onto another for better performance. Plz ask and i will try to provide more info if i am missing any. Thanks a bunch.

P.S - I do plan to crossfire 2 radeon 5750 within a month b/c i need to save up first, will my PSU be enough?

should be enough, could double check with this Power Supply Calculator

Are you buying all these things as a bundle or piece by piece?

Have you trying look at newegg?
They typically have some nice deals on their DIY PC Combos

Or Alienware, can get a little over $1000 but you have guarantees that everything will work and warranty/support.
