Minimum and Recommended GPU for playing GTA IV is listed here:

"i dont have the room for a new power supply"

I don't understand that at all. You simply remove the existing PSU, then fit a new one in it's place.

The Geforce 210 isn't a gaming card, it's a low end/entry level card suitable for everyday use & HTPC.

And the Elite m9000z is a full size tower so I see no reason why it would be difficult to upgrade the PSU, unless you simply don't want to spend the money?

It appears the stock PSU is 300W so you should be able to install a TRUE gaming card such as the Radeon HD 6670 or possibly a Radeon HD 7750. Make sure the card has GDDR5 memory, not slow GDDR3 or DDR3.
