Hello. I want to upgrade my graphics card. I wanna be able to play starcraft 2 when it comes out. I did a dxdiag. This is what I want to replace my current card with. I want to know if my computer will work with it, and if it would be better than what I currently have.

The Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB will be a downgrade. And do NOT buy from eBay!

Post your complete system specs

You don't even know your own system specs? Would the following be correct?

If it is, your board has a PCI-e x16 slot, not AGP, so the Radeon 9800 wouldn't even fit. And how do you come up with just 1006MB of memory? More than likely, you have 1024MB but a portion of it is still being shared by the Intel integrated graphics? Enter the BIOS & change the shared memory setting to 'none'.

Given the specs in the link above, plus the addition of a Radeon x1600/x1650 (which you apparently have), your system already meets the minimum requirements for StarCraft II:

If you feel you need to upgrade the video card & taking into account that you *probably* have a weak power supply, I recommend either a Radeon HD 4670 with GDDR3 memory or a Geforce GT 240 with GDDR5 memory.
