I recently bought NBA Live 2004, I go to install it and it asks for the serial number. That is entered correctly, I am immediately confronted with a microsoft error report that this programme needs to close and would I like tio send an error message to microsoft. I have found them less than helpful in the past and wondered if any readers had a similar problem they were able to overcome. The graphics card is a Nvidia Geforce FX5700 ultra 128 mb ram.
Helpful reples appreciated, many thanks,

Phil

Hi mate. I'm assuming that you are installing from CD, 'coz I first copy any game to my hd, and convert it to VCD.

If that message appears, it means that your NBA Live 2004 installer is corrupt, so, the best thing you must do, is return the cd, and ask for a replacement.
