Comment: Hello I just got Myst V: End of Ages and can't get it to work. I meet all the minimum requirements, and have updated my video drivers (nVidia) past 6.14.10 (7.8 I believe). The problem is when the actual game starts. All I get is this notification that the program has encountered a problem and needs to be closed by Windows. Any ideas on how to get this thing running? Thanks

Reply: (edit)Copy and paste the error in your app log here. Also... Have you checked for game patches? Have you updated your sound and motherboard chipset drivers?

Reply: (edit)Umm, this is strange: I changed drives from my CD-R drive to my DVD drive and the game works (of course, I also disabled my virtual drive). There was a warning on the box regarding drives that would cause problems, and I think that was the problem. Thanks for the help Sjd9910 "What's that? You don't want us to buy you off?"
