Hi,
I am gonna build a custom PC (AMD). I have a list of all the parts I would like to have in it (whatever is not listed is gonna be from my current system). I just need to know if any of the parts from my list wont work well with the others. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanx In Advance...

IMO, the RAM is a huge waste of money. Case is pretty pricey too, especially when you include the shipping. And why are you getting an nForce3 board? You should be getting an nForce4..or is it because you have an AGP video card? I think it's a mistake not going with an nForce4 & PCI-e
Just out of curiousity...what video card do you have?
Asus A7N8X-X

768MB PC3200 2.5-3-3-7
Asus A9550GE/TD 128MB
WinME/WinXP Pro

To Jam,
Please help me choose a good (low-priced) RAM from Newegg...
I have an ATI Radeon 9600XT 128 MB-DDR AGP 8x/4x, so yeah, thats why im gettin an nForce3.

Since you obviously wanna stick with your 9600XT, why not consider a cheaper socket 754 setup?
If you're a gamer, the S939 board you've chosen is not a long term solution. Right now, the performance difference between PCI-e & AGP is minimal. AGP cards will be with us for a while, so it's still a viable upgrade path, but eventually PCI-e will win out. In other words, you may be looking at another major upgrade in the not too distant future.
It's a touch call... no matter how you do it, a motherboard/video card change will have to happen. The upside to your board choice is that it's S939, so the CPU can be carried over, but if you think you'd upgrade the CPU along with the board/video card, the S754 solution becomes more attractive. Bottom line is it'll be MUCH cheaper & you'll get a good bang for your buck.
As for the RAM, I'd go for this:

Asus A7N8X-X
1800+ @ 8.5 x 200MHz
768MB PC3200 2.5-3-3-7
Asus A9550GE/TD 128MB
WinME/WinXP Pro

Jam do u have AIM, MSN, or Yahoo Messenger??? I need to talk to you...
