My fps hold at 50-60 then drop off to as low as 8. This will go back and forth constantly. From 60 - 8 and back again. sounds like something is hogging system resources. All sorts of things can do that, like software and processes that start up with the OS automatically. Ironically, both a Virus AND Antivirus software could also cause your system to drag. For example, in Vista where Windows Defender is built in, it kept trying to start a system scan while i was in game. it was very irritating.

i just reinstall the OS and with out any program intalled just wow the problem persist ive tryed everything but nothing seems to work
