To start with, the 9500GT is NOT a very high end card, in fact, it's on the lower end. And if the one you have uses GDDR2 memory rather than GDDR3, it makes matters even worse. Lower your game settings!

thax in advance Jam for trying to help me , you saying that my graphics card is not good i think it is better than 9400 right , but i found 9600 but it is expensive for me so i choose something between . by the way i played carbon which is a release after mostwanted and made the graphics at it's max and didn't face any problem and i aslo played Devil may cry 4 which runs best at quad core processor and also never faced this problem , may be once but in a long time so it is not a big deal , but this problem started when i started to play most wanted, first the device stoped responding then came back but the graphics was like soup everything collasped then i quit the game and then enter in again it worked fine , starting from this one , the problem happaned frequently when i play mostwanted i remove the driver and installed the newest version still exists , i change windows and tried vista , but no use . also when i lowered the resloution of the game from 1024*768 to 800*700 still exists .

Do you an explanation ?!

is there an option in the game to let it automatically select your graphics options? Try that. It still sounds like you might just be overheating or overloading your graphics card.

There's usually more to graphics than just the resolution. Dropping from 1024x768 to 800x600 is a good start, but there's usually all sorts of other options like Texture Rendering, Antialiasing, Shadows, Water Effects, etc. These will slow your system to a crawl if set too high, and can have at LEAST as dramatic an effect as the resolution.

This is a legitimate copy of the game, right? not some CD your buddy burned you with a key he got off pirate bay or something? If it's a stolen copy, the ONLY troubleshooting step is try a real copy...

thanx for helping me, i think the closest explanation to what is happening to my PC is the overheating even thoug i'm not sure because yesterday i cooled down the room the computer located in and the graphics is set to its max as usual and it didn't freez . i'm really not sure :( , and for the game i made all the graphics max i think that my graphics card is capable of handling all of them becasue i already set it to it's max before in carbon and never faced this problem . I'm really not sure and don't have an explanation .

what you're describing with the triangles and colors is definitely your video card (not sure what you mean about ice cream though...)

your card is either still running too hot and is being damaged, or was already damaged by heat, dirty power, electrostatic discharge, etc.

IF your PC can support a new video card, that would be the way to go. But if you have some 5 year old PC with a power supply unit (PSU) that's only 250W or something, don't spend more money on a video card because the PSU will destroy that one too.
