My computer is a souped up gaming computer built by my son. When I turned it on this morning, the letters MSI popped up. How do I get it off and what does it mean?
MSI is the motherboard manufacturer. Have you talked to your son?
Sounds like it's stuck at the POST screen (or the manufacturer's logo in this case). Could be corrupt bias, could be a hardware failure. As suggested, get your son to check it.
