MotoGP2 HELP!!!

CPU/Ram: AMD Athlon 2700+ / 512 MB

I just installed the game. It runs OK until the race actually starts. All I see is a blue sky and can hear engine sounds. It seems to be a video card prob, but I can't figure it out. Already rolled back drivers, tweaked the game settings, no go. What else can I do??

Asus A7V600-X
512 MB of DDR RAM
GeForce FX 5200 (256 MB)
Seagate 120 GB SATA
