I'm planning on buying a LCD monitor soon. Looking to get either a 20 inch or above. Anything is specific I should look out for?? a Friend said that I must make sure that the response time (or something) is 12/ms.

anything else??

Well, I'm off to bed

12ms or less, although with bigger monitors, you may have to settle for higher. Truthfully, 16ms is acceptable. Also look for the highest contrast ratio you can get.

Good manufacturers I've had great experience with in LCD's are Samsung and Viewsonic.
