i get a missing texture problem wen i try 2 play fifa 2004.my video card is 32MB.I can see blocks of red and green on screen and cant see any players.

You got to give us more info about your system than that. What video card in particular is it?
What are your complete system specs?
Have you installed the most current patch for the game?

That does not meet the minimum specifications for the game. You need to install an aftermarket video card.
The good news is even an exceptionally entry level card gets the job done. First, check and see if you have an actual AGP slot, or if you only have PCI slots inside.
