My friend gets this error msg when he starts MS and he already re installe the game twice any solutions would be thankfull

I'm not actually familiar with Maple Story or anything but after installing, uninstall and then go to the folder where you installed and delete ALL of the folders for Maple Story and then install again. Try that...

I'm just guessing. =D.
