My son plays this free game he downloaded called Mable Story. When ever he plays it, it will log him off or freezes after about 5-10 minutes. Anyone knows why?

I checked the technical support and I would try the following things:

1. Clean your computer of spyware. Use adaware, spybot search and destroy, and/or crap cleaner to do this.

2. Are you using a dedicated internet connection such as cable or DSL? If not, a typical phone connection could be unstable and causing issues.

3. Make sure you have the most current version of direct X.

4. Make sure that the game has the most current patch applied.

If all else fails I'd go ahead and email technical support from the website.

Just as a precaution can you list the specs of the system that this game is being played on?

Can you tell me what system specs you have?

Processor type/speed, RAM, video card, etc.?

It could be a hardware related problem.

Huh, well you have the recommended system requirements.

I read through the technical forums and that game has pretty shoddy tech support. If they don't answer your email in a couple of days then I'd try to find the information to call them.
