My son plays this free game he downloaded called Mable Story. When ever he plays it, it will log him off or freezes after about 5-10 minutes. Anyone knows why?

I checked the technical support and I would try the following things: 1. Clean your computer of spyware. Use adaware, spybot search and destroy, and/or crap cleaner to do this. 2. Are you using a dedicated internet connection such as cable or DSL? If not, a typical phone connection could be unstable and causing issues. 3. Make sure you have the most current version of direct X. 4. Make sure that the game has the most current patch applied. If all else fails I'd go ahead and email technical support from the website. I did everything you suggested and maybe more. I emailed technical support on sunday and has yet to hear from them.

Can you tell me what system specs you have? Processor type/speed, RAM, video card, etc.? Pentium III/1.2 gig, 512mhz ram and a 3D on board video card. My son can plays games that has more graphics like in Half-Life. He has no problems with that game.
