hey guys i am having problems with my pc it was running fine a couple weeks ago then it just started getting sluggish the cpu is high and my frame rates are low it wow i tryd cleaning all the fans and defragging it and running the game on very low and nothing works please help me i dont know what to do :( p.s i have a gforce 7800 as my video card

alright first post ur full system specs
and second cpu is not the one who is important in frames the video card is responsible and the cpu processes them ur geforce 7800 is old
if u dont post ur specs we cant help

7800 should run WoW just fine though, so either the hardware is old and about to die, or there's too much other software running in the background.

do you run antivirus/malware (with updated definitions)? When was your last full scan?

if you're running Vista, launch Windows Defender and go to Tools, Software Explorer, choose Startup Programs from the drop down list, and remove things you KNOW you don't need on startup, like iTunesHelper, AdobeHelper, etc.

alright ur system specs are good like upandcoming said the 7800
can run it have u checked ur temps and havee u considered wut up
said that ur card might be dying
