Low FPS with MSI NX8500GT In CS:S

I have 150 FPS ... But after 10 min's I get 20 - 30 FPS :( Plz Tell Me ... Is this normal ???

Does it happen in all your games? If it does the card may be overheating or it could be software running in the background using up your resources. It could also be your power supply not keeping up.
It doesn't sound normal but 30 FPS from a P4 doesn't sound too bad. Upgrade to a Core 2 Duo and your graphics card will be the bottleneck.

The 8500GT isn't a very good card but then again, CS:S isn't one of the latest games. I'm a little suspicious of that 150FPS claim though.
Check both your GPU temp & your CPU temp...it could be that your P4 is overheating & throttling back.
