Low FPS on L4d with 9600GT SSC

Specs: Windows Vista, 3GB
Hi and Thanks for the help!
After a two reformat the problem isnt solve at all, it was running at better than before i have some other problems... here the spec on my cpu:
HP m8226x Here the only thing I change it is I added a 9600 GT SCC EVGA card in..

and the GPU and CPUz screenshot of the information...

and the speed temp

I dont know whats going on other people are getting better framerate with this video card and Im only getting 10-35fps... even at low settings.
On top of that, i have installed the newest version of the nvidia driver, and the olds one too, still the same.

Any sugesstion or if you need more information please do reply.

I don't know why HP would use DDR2-667 with an X2 6000+ other than it must have been cheaper back in 2007? DDR2-800 is the correct RAM for your setup.

And don't trust SpeedFan. Look at some of those readings. The +3.3v rail is reported as 1.78v, vcore2 is 2.48v? Try a different hardware monitoring program.

Have you installed the latest motherboard chipset drivers?

can you suggest a different moniotoring program for SpeedFan?
Let me try updating the motherboard chipset just in case, it may have been that since I did update window previously.

Try it didnt work... still stuck at the same fps.
