Low Fps in storm peaks and ulduar

My fps hold at 50-60 then drop off to as low as 8. This will go back and forth constantly. From 60 - 8 and back again. This only happens while in ulduar or the storm peaks. AMD athalon64 3200+ 2.21GHz, 1.00gb ddr Ram xfx Gforce 6800 Xtreme Registry / task manager is clean Only running basic xp programs with norton 360 and ventrilo. Before the recent patch I have never dropped below 50fps at any time while playing wow.
