Looking to upgrade

Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
I have listed my current hardware specs below. My current graphics card is failing on me (fan is making a repetitive grinding noise), so I am in the market for a new (inexpensive) graphics card upgrade. I have included links to a new graphics card and power supply that I am considering. Just looking for some input on whether this is a decent purchase, or if anyone else has any suggestions for something a little better but not that much more expensive. Thanks!!
