Looking for a math computer game from the 90s

Specs: Windows Vista
I remember playing a math game when I was a kid, but I can't remember the name of it. In the game you control a purple character (I think it was an alien) and you go around doing different activities. In the house there were four stations you could go to. One was counting sheep, one was feeding fish, one was a game with shapes, and I can't remember what the fourth one was. Outside, you go in your car and you have to make the road smooth by using shapes. To the right you could get drinks and to the left you got fruit. Here are some of the things I remember the character saying.

"I need a smoooooth road!"

"Let's take a nap!"

"Let's feed the fish!"

"See? I can moonwalk!"

"Good job, good job, good job!"

That's all I can remember. If anyone can tell me the name of this game, I would really appreciate it.
