Whenever i load up cs:s and join a server everything runs great. When i try to bhop i get little lag spikes that throw me way off. I have tried defragging , fixed all my regestry errors , did deep virus scans, and spyware scans. I do not know what to do .. if you have CS:S you can dl the demo in my HOMEPAGE URL spot. Please help!!! email me deadtreebark@yahoo.com or msg me on steam - Marine4war

Here's what's said about bunny hopping:

"Depending on the game, the technique is sometimes frowned upon by other players as unsportsmanlike, silly, or cheating."

The FX5200 is hardly a good gaming card, but the system requirements for CS:S aren't all that intense so the card probably isn't to blame. Did you make any hardware or software changes about a week ago that may have brought this on?

Can you post a screenshot of the problem?
