Hi, everyone. I have a question. I was wondering if anyone knows a place where I can *truly* customize a laptop and get a *regular*, high-quality screen with it, *not* a dang widescreen.

I have looked extensively for a laptop with a regular, even square screen like they always used to have before all this widescreen crap started, and I can't find one anywhere. Every company I contact says that they don't even sell laptops with the regular screens anymore because they're quote "not marketable" anymore.

This is very extremely irritating to me because what these companies apparently don't understand is that if you want to play classic games on your laptop, as in games that were made before all this widescreen crap happened, then the images of those games are going to be unnaturally stretched horizontally, causing such anomalies as square objects turning into rectangles and so on. I don't want to play a Mario game where he hits rectangles instead of square blocks. That's stupid!

Please, if anyone knows where I can get a good customized laptop with a high-quality *regular* screen that's good for gaming, meaning it has a fast refresh rate and doesn't do ghosting and all that kind of stuff, please, please, *please* let me know.

I'm so tired of looking...

...Well, anyway, I guess that's all. Thank you very much in advance if anyone helps me with this. ...Take care, everyone. ...Bye for now. :-)

the best i can suggest to you is to buy an external monitor...

as for your classic games being stretched, i know that's an issue, i play a lot of classic games too. tried running it in a window?

I've never heard of Lenovo, but I have asked Dell many times and they say they don't carry it.

Some of the companies I've contacted about this also suggested to me to buy an external monitor, but I don't really want to buy an external monitor because that defeats the whole purpose of it being a laptop in the first place. And besides, I shouldn't have to do that! ...This is so irritating and ridiculous... I hate the way people do things...

And you're not the only one to say you know what I mean about this issue. And that's what I don't get about it! The guy I talked to at Dell said that they've had people call them asking about this before too because of the games. So why then did all these companies stop offering laptops with regular screens??! It doesn't make any sense!!

...Ya know, most would think I'm crazy for saying this, but honestly, I think that's just something this world did just to irritate me to the *bone*. I really think that's why this happened. It's just because this world, being my enemy and all, knew that I would want to find a laptop with a regular screen to play these games on, so it just made it so that I couldn't find one for the freakin' life of me, just to maximize my irritation.

...You know what? I ****hate**** this world!!! Aaaaahhh!!!

Lousy, stupid, irritating, good-for-nothing, worthless, piece-of-$hit world!!!

Aaaaaaaaahhh!!!
