Hi all,
I am using a laptop for playing some high graphics games like World in Conflict and others. This is causing the laptop to get overheated obviously and I guess the safety feature shuts the laptop down to save the CPU. The latop gets really really hot at that stage and I can feel it.
Looks like there is no enough ventilation for the laptop during this games...Can you all please suggest what we can use for extra cooling in this case?? I heard about "laptop coolers", "cooling pads", etc...but dont know which is best option or good enough brands and at the same time cost effective. BTW mine is 17" laptop..
Pls help in what are the best options or commonly used cooling solutions

Take it apart and clean it out using compressed aire. It prob has a lot of dust built up. You should at least clean your system out every 6 months to a year, depending upon the enviroment.
