Lagging in games, low fps

Hi guys, i have a problem with my nootebok The fps in games is going down to 3/second.. randomly, i can't play like that, please tell me what to do!
IN Race Driver Grid the game runs smoothly (35-45fps) for 5-6 seconds and very bad (3-4fps) for 2-3 secons and it contiunues like that!
The same problem i have with Prototype....., i've reinstalled the windows, i've tried windows xp but is badley than vista, now i have a fresh Vista 64 instalation
I have a MSI nootebook Amd Turion 64 X2 2.0GHZ Ati mobility radeon HD 2600 2 GB ram memory

Thank's you are right, i've placed my nootebook on a ice platform, and the games are running well, once i've take it from the ice, after 2-3 mins the fps is going down!
