Comment: K so I recently got a this piece of crap video card because my last one was even worse. While playing CS I have alot of lag. Can't really tell where it's comming from. It's not a connection issue or anything. Does anyone recommend any settings for the Radeon 9250 to make my game player optimal?

Reply: (edit)You pretty much answered your own question. The R9250 is a weak piece of crap. It doesn't support DX9 & probably uses 64-bit DDR memory. If you paid much more than $30, you got ripped off. Try your settings as low as possible...800*600 with all the eye candy turned off, but don't expect miracles.

Reply: (edit)Or replace your graphics card with something decent. There are cards far better than yours for well under $100 even. "Enough, enough bowing down to disillusion! Hats off & applause to rogues & evolution! The ripple effect is too good not to mention. If you’re not affected, you’re not paying attention!"

Reply: (edit)Good point...it may be a cheaper Dell with PCI only. If that's the case, look for an FX5500 w/128-bit memory. The X1300 is the best PCI video card available, but it's pricey ($100+) & probably not worth investing in....
