Is 128Mb of video RAM really enough to run the sims 3 well. I ONLY want 30 FPS nothing crazy.

I've got an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro AGP 8X with 128MB of VRAM.

I've also got a P4 2.8/800/1MB Processor, 2GB DDR 400MHz RAM, 7200 RPM 2MB Cache HDD, and Windows 7 Home Premium.

Will I achive 30 FPS on this system? Will I be able to add other Expansion Packs as well?

✔ Best Answer
Processor: Pentium IV 2.4 GHz / Athlon XP 2400+
Memory: 1.5 GB
Graphics: GeForce FX 5900 / Radeon 9500
Graphics Ram: 128 MB

these are the minimum system requirements to play sims 3. in ur case u would be able to get 30fps only if u lower the settings and the resolution

computers are a second home
